I'm having trouble submitting my materials online. What should I do?
Here are several things you can check for if you are having difficulty submitting online: make sure you pictures are in JPG, GIF or PNG format - make sure your pictures have clear file extensions (ex. *.jpg, *.gif) - you must have Flash Player 8 or higher.
Get Flash here: http/www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/donload.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash - images must be smaller than 700kb each - make sure your picture file names and the entire file path to the picture contain no characters other than letters, numbers and the underscore. Also, be sure there are no spaces in the file or folder names.
If for some reason after verifying that all the above conditions are met you are still unable to submit your materials on online you can mail pictures to the office nearest you by going to ordmodels.com, clicking "North West Model Agency global scouting" then "open call information" and following the directions for submission by mail.
Please note, however, that we prefer to receive submissions online and online submissions are viewed by a greater number of scouts and agents within our North West Model Agency network than those submitted by mail, so your chances of generating interest are greater if you submit online.
